What do you need?
• 75 ml pure Aloe Vera Health Juice
• ½ Lemon
• Water

2. Curaçao smoothie
Do you fancy a delicious tropical fruit smoothie? Try out this tropical sensation!

What do you need?
• 75 ml pure Aloe Vera Health Juice
• 1 papaya, chopped and without seeds
• 1 peach
• 2 passion fruits
• 150 ml orange juice

Remove the seeds from the fruit and cut the fruit in pieces. Pour the pieces into a blender and mix it until only juice is left. Add the orange juice and the Health Juice and mix it until you have a nice smoothie.

3. Magical Mango smoothie

What do you need?
• 2 cups (non-fat) plain yogurt
• 1 cup mango nectar

What do you need?
• ¼ cup sliced apple
• ¼ cup banana
• 1 juiced orange
• 4 tablespoons honey
• 75 ml pure Aloe Vera Health Juice

Mix the apple and the banana in the blender. After that, add the orange juice, honey and Health Juice.

5. Fresh smoothie
Did you know that frozen fruit contains the same amount of vitamins as non-frozen fruit?It’s great to use frozen fruit in your smoothie, since you’re smoothie will already be ice cold! So, in this smoothie we are going to use frozen fruit.

What do you need?
• 1 cup almond or coconut milk
• ½ cup frozen blueberries
• ½ cup frozen raspberries
• ½ cup frozen mango pieces
• ½ tablespoon coconut oil
• 1 handful of fresh basil
• A little honey to sweeten (optional)

• 1 cup coconut water
